In-person Yoga Classes
My classes are fun, fiery, flowy, and challenging. Class begins with a sacred moment for breath, intention setting, and chanting. You’ll learn lessons about philosophy, mythology, astrology, and the flow of cosmic energy through my storytelling all while you sweat. Wind down each class with savasana, mantra, and affirmations, and walk away with real time actionable tools to transfer lessons from the mat directly into your everyday life. I teach yoga in the hopes of inspiring you to trust yourself in bringing forth your dharma—your life’s highest purpose.
Discover your dharma today.

Practice 1x / week, and that will be good for you.
Practice 2x / week, and that will be very good for you.
Practice more than that, and your life will change.

“When Marisa guides my yoga practice I feel grounded and enjoy spaciousness in my movements. The structure she offers feels supportive, her cues help me stay focused on my breath and her pace allows me to flow steadily and feel strong. Marisa’s energy is warm, consistent, and encouraging. She connects with each student and co-creates community within each class. I always enjoy my time in her classes and am able to access the peace and relaxation I seek from my yoga practice.”

“One positive thing that came from the Covid quarantine was meeting Marisa during a public online yoga class. Fast forward 3 years, and I am still practicing with Marisa with weekly private sessions online—the best part of my week! Marisa has helped me strengthen my practice and my confidence in a way I would not have been able to do in group classes. With her guidance and support I have progressed more in my physical and spiritual practice than I ever believed I was capable of.”

“Marisa’s vinyasa class has a great flow and cadence to it. She makes it fun and challenging at the same time. She offers modifications for poses and teaches interesting breakout sections during class as a tutorial on different options for approaching handstands and other inversions.”
Marisa completed multiple 200-hr and 300-hr trainings through YogaWorks with Erika Trice, Hillary Skibell, Eka Ekong, Sarah Ezrin, and Michele Klink, and also completed 500 hours of yoga teacher training with Lesley Desaulniers.
She completed her Yoga Teacher Trainer certification through YogaWorks in 2019.
